We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Christie Chisholm. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

Eligible Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact where applicable
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products — made specifically to your specifications
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.

Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing. If you need help coordinating an exchange, contact us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
