Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its former location
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for your area

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Christie Chisholm will disable or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
