Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Custom or personalized items may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.
Once your order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
Christie Chisholm currently ships to addresses within the United States. If you need international delivery, please contact us before ordering.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Overnight/Priority: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be applied automatically.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we can only make address changes before the order ships.
